 Stepchild Records/ IMG Universal  presents Big Tang! She's an artist of all artists as well as a business woman in conjunction with RJ Management. Big Tang has co-managed "Bone Thungs and Harmony", "Bushwick Bill" of the "Getto Boys", "Bizzy Bone", "Battin" of "Slum Village" and "Bizzare" of "D-12" hand in hand with Rick Robinson.

          She is not only in control of the MIC, she is also in control of the BUSINESS. Big Tang is founder and CEO of Stepchild Records. She is the first lady on her record label as well as being an extremely HOT artist!!! She won Best Female Recording Artist Award and a First Place trophy. Big Tang has been on the cover of The Spotlight Magazine along with articles and pages in many other magazines.

          She has traveled throughout the United States on tour and while doing so, her performance has always amazed the crowd! Whenever her name is mentioned in the streets of Dallas, everyone knows she holds it down! She felt like her journey was incomplete until she got a national deal. With hardwork and persistence, she completed her goal and now her project is complete and she landed her deal with IMG Universal Records.

          The primary focus of Stepchild Records is to ensure the highest quality products at the lowest cost to our consumers. While embracing the future of technology, Stepchild Records strongly believes in the right to creative ownership.

          Stepchild Records was founded in 2003 by Lawanda Lee better known as Big Tang after accomplishing the above listed goals. Late 2004 is when Stepchild Records  landed a distribution and manufacturing deal with IMG Universal Records. As one of the most profitable up and coming independent labels in urban music, Stepchild Records  is on the rise.

          The first album/book to be released is "Who Can I Trust" by the artist known as "Big Tang". Many talents are brought to the table in this album. "Big Tang" is not just an artist of all artists, she's also a writer, performer and actress wih tremendous energy. She has several underground albums and has featured on several main stream artist's albums.

          Stepchild Records is ready to continue it's growth taking "Big Tang" to the next level. With her sound and IMG Universal's Distribution and Manufacturing backing her Big Tang's  album/book "Who Can I Trust" will be a huge success! Now that her project is completed and she has landed her deal, I must say "World get ready for Big Tang"!
